Enrollment

• Individuals, small groups, and teams may enroll by completing the official League Enrollment Form (click here) or on League flyers available at local sites (then mail or delivering to WV WALKS).
  
  
• To participate in the 2006 HOLIDAY Walking Challenge, enrollments must be completed and received by WV WALKS not later than 5:00 PM, Oct 31, 2006.
  
  
• A donation of $4 per team member is requested to help cover prize and other costs.
