Be a Walking Team Member
What's Involved?
- Commit to doing your best to walk 30+ minutes daily during the Challenge.
- If needed, help recruit others to establish your 10-member team.
- Keep a daily record of minutes walked (printable
Personal Walking Record available for this purpose).
- Report minutes walked each week to your Team Captain on Sunday but not later than
10 AM on Mondays. (Team Captains will instruct you on best way to do this.)
- Do what you can (and have time for) to support your team, Team Captain, and individual members - especially walking daily yourself as often as possible.
- Make it fun for yourself.
- vary your route
- take along friends and/or family members
- have walking 'meetings' or visits
